The only property in Telluride spread over five acres in a
park-like setting! Bedding: Queen bed, Queen bed, Queen sofa sleeper. Homey and
packed with the little things that make your stay comfortable, this condo is a
great one for families and couples. Entering from the 2nd floor interior
hallway, go upstairs a half-flight to the living room where there is a queen
sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and a stereo with CD, iPod dock and radio, flat
screen TV and DVD. The kitchen and a small deck are also located on this level.
Upstairs a half-flight from the living room is the first
bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV/VCR & DVD. There is also a bathroom
located on this level that is accessible from the hall, containing a jetted tub
and separate shower. Upstairs on the next level is another bathroom with a
shower. The washer and dryer are located in this bathroom. Upstairs on the
top floor is the second bedroom with a queen bed and Flat screen TV .
Unit has views of ski mountain. Ski storage in hallway. Telluride
Lodge features new common outdoor and indoor hot tubs and steam room built
in 2010, and free wireless Internet access. Parking is in the lot on site.
The grocery store is adjacent to the complex. Just across the street to the
south is the San Miguel River and base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift). The free
in-town shuttle has stops on both sides of the block.
