Meeting room group information for Winter Park meetings. The meeting room at the
Beaver Village Condominiums complex can hold a group of up to 100 but better for
75 to 80 people. We can also divide our meeting room into two separate rooms so
that we can acccommodate two groups of 40 people.
We provide groups that use our meeting
room with a catering kitchen, chairs,
tables and a deck to use in the summer
for outdoor grilling. The catering
kitchen comes complete with stove/oven,
dishwasher and two large refrigerators.
It has been recently remodeled with new
countertops and is conveniently located
right next door to the meeting rooms.
A catering kitchen is located across from the conference room.
Groups may use this kitchen for 'self catering' or request that Beaver Village Condominiums
provide catering for meals. We also have an "outdoor grill" and deck. Visit the
